   § 37-23-5  Training program. – The Board of Safety Awareness has endorsed the Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration's (OSHA) Outreach Training Program as the training programthrough which OSHA authorizes trainers to teach ten (10) hour and thirty (30)hour construction industry occupational safety and health standards, throughwhich successful completion shall be documented.
