SECTION 37-4-5

   § 37-4-5  Disbursements from fund. –The state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment from the automotive equipmentfund of such sums as may from time to time be required under the provisions ofthis chapter, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thedirector of administration.
