SECTION 37-4-6

   § 37-4-6  Insurance coverage. – The state of Rhode Island shall be required to provide insurance coverage onall motor vehicles owned by the state and operated by the employees of thestate of Rhode Island in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) perperson for personal injury, three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) peraccident, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for property damage.
