SECTION 37-6.1-1

   § 37-6.1-1  Approval of payments. –The director of the state department of transportation is hereby authorized toapprove the payment by the general treasurer upon orders drawn by the statecontroller of relocation payments to eligible persons, businesses, farms, andnonprofit organizations of fair and reasonable relocation and other payments asprovided by this chapter caused by their displacement from real propertyacquired by the state in conjunction with any federal or state highway program.
