SECTION 37-6.1-2

   § 37-6.1-2  Administration of relocationassistance program. – In order to prevent unnecessary expenses and duplication of functions, thedirector of transportation may make relocation payments, or provide relocationassistance, or otherwise carry out the functions required under this chapter byutilizing the facilities, personnel, and services of any other federal, state,or local governmental agency having an established organization for conductingrelocation assistance programs.
