SECTION 37-6.2-3

   § 37-6.2-3  Agreements with federalauthorities. – The director of transportation is hereby authorized to enter into agreementswith the U. S. secretary of transportation as provided by 23 U.S.C. § 319relating to landscaping, scenic enhancement, or the establishment of publiclyowned and controlled rest and recreation areas, sanitary, and other facilitiesreasonably necessary to accommodate the traveling public in areas within oradjacent to federal aid highways within this state.
