SECTION 37-6-21

   § 37-6-21  Conduct of trial on damages.– A trial shall be conducted as other civil actions at law are tried. The trialshall determine all questions of fact relating to the value of the estate orinterest in the land or other real property taken and the appurtenant damage toany remainder and the amount thereof. The trial and verdict of the jury shallbe subject to all rights to move for new trial and to appeal as are provided bylaw.
