SECTION 37-6-22

   § 37-6-22  Consolidation of petitions as tosame land. – In case two (2) or more petitioners make claim to the same land, or other realproperty, or to any estate or interest therein, or to different estates orinterests in the same parcel of land or other real property, the court shall,upon motion, consolidate their several petitions for trial and shall frame allnecessary issues therefor.
