SECTION 37-6-27

   § 37-6-27  Use of state property for citypark purposes. – (a) The state properties committee may, upon receipt of a request from a cityor town, permit the use of state owned property within the city or town forpark or recreational purposes. The city or town receiving permission to usestate property shall be responsible for its maintenance and care.

   (b) Nothing contained in this section shall be construed topass the legal title of any property to a city or town when permission for useis granted.
