SECTION 37-7.1-2

   § 37-7.1-2  Acquiring authority –Powers. – The director of the Rhode Island economic development corporation is herebyauthorized to executed proper deeds and other instruments of conveyance anddemise for land or other real property sold or leased, which deeds andinstruments shall in each case be approved as to substance by the director ofadministration and as to form by the attorney general.
