§ 37-8-1.1 - Washington county courthouse in West Kingston. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 37-8-1.1

   § 37-8-1.1  Washington county courthouse inWest Kingston. – (a) The director of the department of administration is hereby authorized andempowered to convey or lease for a term of one hundred (100) years the existingWashington county courthouse in West Kingston to the South County center forthe arts upon the completion of a new courthouse. The sale or lease shall befor the sum of one dollar ($1.00).

   (b) The association shall be responsible for all costsassociated with the conveyance or lease to include maintenance, repair, andupkeep.
