§ 37-8-1.3 - Woonsocket courthouse. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 37-8-1.3

   § 37-8-1.3  Woonsocket courthouse. –The director of the department of administration is hereby authorized andempowered to convey the courthouse in Woonsocket formerly used by the seventhdivision of the district court to the city of Woonsocket. The consideration forthe sale shall be one dollar ($1.00). The city of Woonsocket shall beresponsible for all costs associated with the conveyance.
