SECTION 37-8-15

   § 37-8-15  Access for people withdisabilities. – The design of all public buildings to be constructed, leased, or rented by thestate or any municipality of the state must be in compliance with all thestandards promulgated by the Rhode Island State Building Code, chapter 27.3 oftitle 23, which make buildings and facilities accessible to and usable bypeople with disabilities.
