SECTION 37-8-3

   § 37-8-3  Duty of department to maintainbuildings. – The department of administration shall care for and maintain in suitablecondition for use by the occupants of the state house and by the public all ofthe property placed in the custody of the department of administration by theprovisions of this chapter.
