SECTION 37-8-6.2
§ 37-8-6.2 State House restoration andpreservation account. – There is hereby created within the general fund a restricted receipts accountknown as the State House restoration and preservation account. The purpose ofthe account shall be to accept donations from the State House restorationsociety, which shall be used exclusively for the restoration, preservation,betterment, and benefit of the Rhode Island State House located on Smith Streetin Providence, Rhode Island.
