SECTION 38-2-12
§ 38-2-12 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter is held unconstitutional, the decision shallnot affect the validity of the remainder of this chapter. If the application ofthis chapter to a particular record is held invalid, the decision shall notaffect other applications of this chapter.
