§ 38-3-4 - Duties of administrator. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 38-3-4

   § 38-3-4  Duties of administrator. –(a) It shall be the duty and responsibility of the administrator to render allservices required by the program herein set forth that can advantageously andeffectively be centralized. The office shall perform such other functions andduties as the secretary of state may direct.

   (b) The administrator shall supervise, direct, and coordinatethe activities of the program.

   (c) The administrator shall be designated "the public recordsadministrator".
