   § 39-1.2-3  Annual report by publicutilities. – All public utilities of the state, owning and operating underground facilitiesshall file annually, with the administrator, a report setting forth the totalmileage of underground facilities, excluding service connections, including thetitle, address, and telephone number of its representatives designated toreceive the notice required by § 39-1.2-5.
