SECTION 39-1-25

   § 39-1-25  Objection to assessments. –Each company shall pay to the administrator the amount assessed against it orshall file with the commission its objections in writing setting out thegrounds upon which it claims that the assessment is excessive, erroneous,unlawful, or invalid. The commission shall, within thirty (30) days from thereceipt of the objection, hold a hearing and issue an order in accordance withits findings.
