SECTION 39-1-27.11

   § 39-1-27.11  Affordable gas for publichousing authorities. – The commission shall authorize public housing authorities, created pursuant tochapters 45-25 or 45-26 of the general laws, to participate in "business choiceprograms" provided the commission determines that the accounts are billed toand paid by a single housing provider, that the accounts are located oncontiguous sites, that other applicable standards for program participation aremet, and that such participation is reasonable and prudent.
