SECTION 39-1-36

   § 39-1-36  Offices of commission anddivision. – The department of administration shall furnish the commission with suitableoffices, quarters in which to hold its meetings and transact its business, anda properly appointed hearing room adequate to accommodate the public,witnesses, stenographers, and the commissioners and their clerks. Thedepartment of administration shall furnish the division with offices suitablylocated for the convenience of the public and properly equipped for keeping itsrecords, maps, and documents and for the efficient use of its library.
