   § 39-1-37  "Public utility administrator"defined – Continuity of functions. – Wherever in any general or public law the words "public utility administrator"appears, the same words shall be deemed to refer to and mean administrator ofthe division of public utilities and carriers. The governor is authorized totransfer or reallocate, by executive order, the whole or any part of theappropriations for the public utility administrator or commission, to thecommission or the division.
