SECTION 39-1-40
§ 39-1-40 Toll free telephone forcomplaints. – The division shall maintain a toll free telephone service where any consumer inRhode Island may register an initial complaint against any public utility ornonregulated power producer. This toll free telephone service may also be usedby cable television subscribers for the purpose stated above.
