SECTION 39-1-47

   § 39-1-47  Creation and existence ofintangible transition property. – Intangible transition property shall arise and exist when the applicablesecuritization order becomes effective in accordance with § 39-1-45(1) andshall thereafter continuously exist as provided in the order, which shall befor a period at least equal to the period to which the agreement of the stateunder § 39-1-53 applies with respect to the securitization order.
