SECTION 39-1-51

   § 39-1-51  Change of securitization orderupon judicial review. – In the event that the terms and conditions of a securitization order initiallyapproved by the commission are required to be modified or set aside in any partas a result of judicial review of that order under § 39-1-50, other thanin any manner provided in the original terms of the order, the order shall takeeffect only after the commission shall have adopted the terms and conditionsthereof as so modified and the electric distribution company shall have filedwith the commission its written consent to all terms and conditions of theorder as modified.
