   § 39-1-56  Filing system – Commissionrules. – By December 31, 1997, the commission shall establish a filing system andtechnical rules for the administration of such system. The commission shallestablish and maintain a separate system of records to reflect the date andtime of receipt of all filings made pursuant to this chapter, and shall providethat transfers of intangible transition property to an assignee shall be filedin accordance with such system.
