SECTION 39-1-8

   § 39-1-8  Quorum – Meetings. –A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transactionof any business, except as provided in § 39-1-11. Meetings of thecommission may be held at any time or place upon the call of any member, aftera reasonable notice by mail or telegraph to the other members, and shall beheld at such times and places as in the judgment of the commission will bestserve the convenience of all parties in interest.
