SECTION 39-10-6

   § 39-10-6  Corporation charter or list ofpartners filed. – Every corporation or partnership shall file in the office of the secretary ofstate, with the written power described in § 39-10-2, a copy of thecharter of the corporation or a list of the names and the places of residenceof all the members of the co-partnership.
