SECTION 39-11-13

   § 39-11-13  Certification of establishedcommon carriers. – Any common carrier in operation on or before April 23, 1944, shall be entitledto a certificate of convenience and necessity as a matter of right, and withoutproof of public convenience and necessity, authorizing it to continueoperations over the route or routes and between the points it had been servingin intrastate commerce on or prior to April 23, 1944.
