SECTION 39-11-17

   § 39-11-17  Certification of chartercarriers – Provisions applicable. – (a) Any person seeking to engage in the operation, or to extend a presentoperation, as a charter carrier, shall first obtain a certificate of publicconvenience and advantage from the public utilities administrator in accordancewith the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) The provisions of §§ 39-11-4 – 39-11-10,39-11-14 – 39-11-16 and 39-11-23, shall apply to all applications and allcharter carriers.
