§ 39-11-2 - Purpose.
SECTION 39-11-2
§ 39-11-2 Purpose. – It is hereby declared to be the purpose and policy of the legislature inenacting this chapter, to confer upon the public utilities administrator thepower and authority and to make it his or her duty to supervise and regulatethe transportation of persons and property by intrastate aircraft through theair between termini located within this state.
