SECTION 39-11-21

   § 39-11-21  Notice to interstate carriersof proceedings. – For the purpose of receiving due notice of all proceedings before theadministrator relating to aeronautics, the administrator is hereby authorizedand directed to notify all holders of certificates issued under §§39-11-19 and 39-11-20 in the same manner as he or she is directed to notifyholders of certificates issued under other provisions of this chapter.
