§ 39-12-21.1 - Filing of contracts.
SECTION 39-12-21.1
§ 39-12-21.1 Filing of contracts. –Contracts entered into by a certified carrier shall be filed with the divisionof public utilities and carriers as part of the carrier's tariffs and shall besubject to the division's approval after public notification and public hearingby the division of public utilities as provided in this title.
