SECTION 39-12-29

   § 39-12-29  Agent for service of process,notices, or orders on interstate carriers. – Every motor carrier of property operating in interstate commerce over thehighways of this state, in the transportation of property for compensation,shall file with the administrator a designation in writing of the name and postoffice address of a person in this state upon whom or which service of process,notices, or orders may be made.
