SECTION 39-12-33

   § 39-12-33  Enforcement by policedepartments. – The administrator is hereby authorized to avail himself or herself of suchstate, city, and town police departments as are or may hereafter be existing bylaw, to enforce the provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations, andorders of the administrator made under this chapter; and the police departmentsare hereby given the necessary authority and power, in addition to those whichthey now possess, to carry into effect the directions of this section.
