SECTION 39-14-15

   § 39-14-15  Posting of photograph ofoperator. – The operator of every taxicab or limited public motor vehicle shall have arecent and distinct photograph of himself or herself at least two and one-halfinches (21/2") wide and four inches (4") high, together with his or her fullname and address, posted in a conspicuous place in the taxicab or limitedpublic motor vehicle operated by him or her.
