SECTION 39-14-19

   § 39-14-19  Owners exempt from otherfinancial responsibility requirements. – No owner of a taxicab or limited public motor vehicle, who shall have compliedwith the requirements of § 39-14-18, shall be required to furnish evidenceof financial responsibility under any other provision of law with respect tothe taxicab or limited public motor vehicle.
