SECTION 39-14-21
§ 39-14-21 Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of§§ 39-14-18 – 39-14-20(a) shall, upon conviction, be fined notless than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) foreach violation.
