SECTION 39-15-2

   § 39-15-2  Payment for property taken.– Whenever any property or estate or rights of property shall be taken under theprovisions of § 39-15-1, the owner thereof, including all persons havingproperty rights therein, shall be paid therefor according to their respectiveinterests, by the town, person or corporation, taking the property or estate orrights of property.
