SECTION 39-15-5

   § 39-15-5  Plat and description of propertycondemned. – The town, person or corporation taking any property, estate, or right ofproperty under the provisions of this chapter, shall first cause a plat with adescription thereof to be made, which, with a certificate of the taking of theproperty, estate, or right of property, shall contain a list of the ownersthereof and of the persons interested therein, so far as the owners or personinterested therein may be known to the town, person, or corporation taking thethe property, estate, or right of property, and which shall be filed in theoffice of the clerk of the superior court for the county where the property orestate is located.
