SECTION 39-16-10

   § 39-16-10  Power to issue bonds –Pledge of revenues. – The authority shall have the power and is hereby authorized from time to timeto issue its negotiable bonds for any of its corporate purposes and to securethe payment of the bonds as may be provided in the resolution or resolutionsauthorizing the bonds. Except as may be otherwise expressly provided by theauthority, every issue of bonds by the authority shall be general obligationspayable out of any moneys, earnings, or revenues of the authority, subject onlyto any agreements with the holders of particular bonds pledging any particularmoneys, earnings, or revenues.
