SECTION 39-16-6

   § 39-16-6  Compensation of members andagents. – Each member of the board shall receive an annual salary not to exceed threethousand dollars ($3,000) per year, and shall be entitled to reimbursement ofhis or her actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his orher official duties. The salaries, compensation, and expenses of all members,officers, employees, and agents shall be paid solely out of the funds of theauthority. No part of the earnings of the authority shall inure to the benefitof any private person.
