SECTION 39-18-13

   § 39-18-13  Bonds eligible for investment.– Bonds issued by the authority under the provisions of this chapter are herebymade securities in which all public officers and public bodies of the state andits political subdivisions, all insurance companies, trust companies, bankingassociations, investment companies, credit unions, building and loanassociations, executors, administrators, trustees, and other fiduciaries mayproperly and legally invest funds, including capital in their control orbelonging to them. The bonds are hereby made securities which may properly andlegally be deposited with and received by any state or municipal officer or anyagency or political subdivision of the state for any purpose for which thedeposit of bonds or obligations is now or may hereafter be authorized by law.
