SECTION 39-18-20

   § 39-18-20  Use of services of departmentof transportation. – The authority shall use the services of the department of transportation inplanning, designing, and constructing transportation services or facilities tothe extent that these services are provided by the department oftransportation. The authority may use any other services provided by thedepartment of transportation. Nothing in this section shall modify any trustagreement entered into by the Rhode Island public transit authority inaccordance with § 39-18-8, as amended prior to July 1, 1970.
