SECTION 39-18-21

   § 39-18-21  Agreements and certificationsregarding state and federal funds. – The authority and the department of transportation shall be authorized andempowered to enter into agreements, between each other and with others,providing for the assignment to the authority of all or part of any grants,loan, or other money or property of whatever nature received or to be receivedby the department; and the department of transportation is hereby authorizedand empowered to certify to the authority or to others, amount of funds orproperty from any federal agency or other source received or to be received orreasonably expected to be received or applied for, which funds or property havebeen or will be or are expected to be assigned to the authority.
