SECTION 39-19-13

   § 39-19-13  Payment for services –Late charges. – No subscriber to a cable television service shall be subject to an assessmentof a late fee on a monthly billing unless the payment is at least forty-five(45) days past the close of the billing period which is the subject of thestatement. A cable television operator shall not impose a late fee unless thebill contains a clear and conspicuous notice of when the late fee is to beimposed consistent with this section.
