SECTION 39-2-21

   § 39-2-21  Residential condominiums andassociations – Charges for services, residential rates. – Public utilities distributing electricity or providing telephone service, heat,or water, produced, transmitted, delivered, or furnished shall chargeresidential condominium occupants or residential condominium associations forsuch distribution service, heat, water or telephone service at a residentialrate and not a business, commercial or any other rate.
