SECTION 39-2-22
§ 39-2-22 Seven digit dialing option.– In addition to other dialing, where technically and economically feasible, atelecommunications public utility shall make available to users a seven (7)digit dialing capability for completion of intrastate Rhode Island callsoutside the local calling area, unless specifically directed otherwise by thecustomer.
