SECTION 39-2-9

   § 39-2-9  Uniform services and rates ofcarriers. – Every common carrier shall receive and transport all goods, wares, andmerchandise offered to him or her by any person, as promptly and upon asfavorable terms and conditions as the common carrier is receiving andtransporting goods, wares, and merchandise at the place in which the same areoffered to be delivered to him or her, in the ordinary course of business, forany other person.
