   § 39-20-11  Zoning and other municipalregulation. – For purposes of § 39-1-30, any domestic and foreign electric utility whichowns or participates in the ownership of any plant, building, wires,conductors, fixtures, structures, equipment, or apparatus in this statepursuant to this chapter shall be considered a company under the supervision ofthe commission.
